Following the recent killings of over 200 people in Benue State and other parts of Nigeria, Global Rights, a renowned human rights organization, has strongly condemned the senseless act which has become a recurring decimal in Nigeria.
“We are deeply disturbed by the recent wave of killings in Benue State and other parts of the country,” said Abiodun Baiyewu, Executive Director of Global Rights.

“The killing of over 200 people in recent times is unacceptable and highlights the government’s failure to protect its citizens.”
