My Solidarity With President Tinubu is Beyond Extraordinary Ugheoke Tells Mammoth Crowd in His Hometown

In a historic homecoming that drew thousands of supporters, Hon. Joseph Ayegbeni Ugheoke, Executive Director of Commercial and Environmental Development, South South Development Commission (SSDC), declared his “beyond extraordinary solidarity” with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The event, held in Ugheoke’s hometown in Etsako Central Local Government Area, Edo State, turned into a carnival of unity, as traditional rulers, women groups, youth leaders, and political associates celebrated one of their own.

Addressing the mammoth crowd, Hon. Ugheoke praised President Tinubu’s courage in repositioning Nigeria:

President Tinubu has shown courage and determination in steering our nation toward progress. My solidarity with him is not ordinary but extraordinary. His leadership is a beacon of hope for our people, and I stand firmly with him in this journey of national renewal.

The reception showcased overwhelming grassroots support, with chants hailing Ugheoke as a “bridge between the South South and the Presidency.
Community leaders emphasized that his humility and accessibility reflect the values of the people he represents, even as he takes on a critical national role.

Hon. Ugheoke reaffirmed his commitment to channel the resources of SSDC into transformational projects, including:

Road and Transport Infrastructure connecting rural and urban communities.

Power and Environmental Projects such as solar mini-grids and erosion control.

Commercial Empowerment Initiatives to boost small businesses and youth entrepreneurship.

The SSDC under Our mandate and headed by Ms Usoro Akpabio will deliver life-changing projects. Edo State and the entire South South will feel the impact of this administration, Ugheoke pledged.

In his closing remarks, Hon. Ugheoke urged Edo people and the South South region to unite behind President Tinubu’s agenda:
